There is Szechuan shredded beef, very candy and very crispy. The beef shreds have been marinated in soy, sesame and sugar after which deep-fried for a nanosecond, which has made them crispy crunchy. They're tossed with al dente carrot threads and thin celery batons for taste and texture.
